About Me

Hi, I'm Tammy Ramos, a results-oriented Enterprise Marketing Manager who thrives on building connections and driving impactful marketing strategies. With a background in Omni-Channel Demand Generation and a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), I bring creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful insights to every project.

Recently, I led the charge in developing and executing TCP Software's ABM strategy, championing the selection of Demandbase as our core tool. I successfully secured buy-in from the C-suite, paving the way for this strategic shift even before new marketing leadership joined the team. From tool implementation to driving adoption across sales teams, I’ve ensured our ABM initiatives are not just functional but transformative.

I love working with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that not only generate leads but also foster meaningful relationships with prospects and customers. With a proven track record of driving ROI pipeline per dollar spent across channels, I’ve gained valuable insights and mentorship while reporting directly to both the CEO and CMO at TCP Software, a $130 million B2B SaaS organization. My career has been marked by quick growth and impactful contributions. As a solo contributor, I’ve managed PPC campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, pay-per-lead programs, and social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, consistently delivering engaging content while optimizing marketing spend. I am also certified in Google Search Ads.

I bring deep expertise in campaign management, dedicated to thoughtfully guiding prospects through every stage of their journey. I collaborated with our business systems team to develop an ROI-focused reporting dashboard that provides near real-time campaign performance insights for platforms like Google and Bing. This tool enables analysis at the campaign, ad group, and term levels, facilitating informed decisions and effective A/B testing.

Most notably, I spearheaded the initiative to build TCP Software’s Enterprise ABM strategy, a project so impactful that a dedicated position was created to lead it. Successfully gaining executive leadership buy-in, I’ve been instrumental in shaping a more personalized and effective approach to Enterprise lead generation and campaign execution, ensuring long-term success for the organization.
